• Account Verification: a789 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, unlocking bonus eligibility, or lifting deposit limits. KYC requirements are imposed in accordance with a789's anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. a789 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant account balances after the applicable notice period, as permitted by applicable regulations. • Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting a789 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment timelines prior to closure. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or violation of these Terms may not be eligible for immediate closure.

a789 accepts deposits through the following payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Accepted Deposit Methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at a789 is USDT 5 (or PKR equivalent via local payment methods). Specific minimums for each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Processing Times: USDT and Bitcoin deposits are credited to your a789 Wallet upon blockchain confirmation, typically within seconds to 10 minutes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within 15 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 2 hours during business hours.
• Currency Conversion: Deposits made in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer are converted to USDT at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rates are displayed prior to confirming your deposit. a789 does not charge a currency conversion fee, but the displayed rate includes a spread.
• Deposit Limits: Default deposit limits apply to all accounts. You may set lower personal deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Lower limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of 48 hours before the increase takes effect.
• Failed Deposits: a789 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues with the originating payment method, blockchain network congestion, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the User. Contact [email protected] with transaction reference details for any deposit that has not credited within the standard processing time.

Withdrawal requests from your a789 Wallet are subject to the following conditions and processing timelines:

• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Account Holder's most recent qualifying deposit. a789 reserves the right to require withdrawal via the original deposit method in order to satisfy AML obligations.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is USDT 10 (or PKR equivalent). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: USDT and Bitcoin withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 4 to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Account Holder has completed any outstanding KYC verification requirements. a789 will notify you of any outstanding KYC requirements when you submit a withdrawal request.
• Bonus Balance Withdrawal: Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-associated funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being forfeited, with only qualifying real-money balance returned.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Applicable limits are displayed in your account settings. VIP Account Holders may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits — contact a789 support for details.
• Withholding of Withdrawals: a789 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, AML concerns, account verification requirements, or violation of these Terms. a789 will notify the Account Holder of any withholding and the reason where permitted by law.

a789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Account Holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, plus the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Account Holders who have completed any applicable verification steps and who are not subject to a self-exclusion period. New Account bonuses are available to first-time registered users only — one per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of offer, all bonus amounts carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus value before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. • Eligible Games: Not all games at a789 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. • Bonus Abuse: a789 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus was claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a net outcome, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, collusion between accounts, or registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

All games and betting markets available on the a789 platform are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each game or market interface, supplemented by the general rules set out in this section.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on a789 are subject to the specific sporting event rules and a789's general sportsbook terms. Bets accepted in error (e.g., at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault) may be voided and stakes returned at a789's discretion. Results are determined by official sources for each sport.
• Casino Games: All RNG (random number generator) casino games at a789 use certified random number generation technology. RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are displayed in the game's information panel. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the result is generated.

• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, contact a789 support within 72 hours of the result with your game or bet reference number. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. a789's determination of disputed results is final, subject to applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a789 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one a789 account simultaneously or in sequence to circumvent limits, exploit bonuses, or evade restrictions.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your a789 Wallet. Any account subject to a confirmed fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the full chargeback amount plus associated costs will be pursued through legal channels.

• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Account Holders in poker, casino games, or betting markets in order to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the a789 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime scheme. a789 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will co-operate fully with any investigation.
• Impersonation: Creating an account using another person's identity, personal details, or payment methods, or representing yourself as an a789 employee or agent.
• Underage Play: Registering an account or placing any bet while under 21 years of age.

a789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity for adults aged 21 and above. a789 provides a suite of tools to help Account Holders manage their gaming activity responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Account Holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activating.
• Loss Limits: Account Holders may set maximum loss thresholds per defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money bets may be placed until the limit period resets or a new limit is set in accordance with the applicable cooling-off rules.
• Session Time Limits: Account Holders may configure automatic session logout after a defined period of continuous play. Session time notifications are also available at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Account Holders may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting and deposit functions are suspended. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Account Holders may request self-exclusion for a defined period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request. During the exclusion period, the account is fully locked and all marketing communications are suppressed. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: In-session reality check notifications display your session duration and net gaming result at intervals of your choosing, prompting a conscious decision to continue or stop.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game titles, graphics, and other intellectual property available on the a789 platform are the exclusive property of a789 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Consequential Loss: Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature arising from your use of, or inability to use, the a789 platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational damage.
• User Error: Any loss arising from incorrect wallet addresses entered by you, incorrect payment details provided, or any other error made by you in the course of using a789's services.

a789's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by a789's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, a789 collects and processes your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and management.
